This is an absolutely beautiful 5-piece Mosser Glass Cherry Thumbprint Opalescent Pitcher and 4 Tumblers Water Set. The Pitcher measures approximately 4 inches in height and the 4 Tumblers are approximately 2 inches in height. Perfect condition with no nicks chips cracks etc. This design has since been discontinued!
The pitcher has a scalloped Opalescent rim with the Cherry & Cable pattern around the middle, an indented coin /thumbprint pattern at the base. This antique 1920s Cherry Thumbprint pattern was created by North Wood Molds and later acquired by Mosser Glass. As mentioned above, this design has since been discontinued! The glass is quite thick and heavy!
The cups/ tumblers are identical to the pitcher except the base of the glasses are octagon shaped. Cups measure 2 inches tall x 1 inch wide.
